The latest MC MEGA Tyre Handler model is equipped with a hydraulic brake system and a proportional hydraulic system to ensure improved functionality and control. Primary vertical and tilt movements are managed directly from the operator’s cab, while overall operation is handled through a wireless remote control by a ground control operator. A notable feature is the telescopic extension, which reaches approximately 380 mm, allowing for precise and efficient extraction of tyres and rims from truck studs. Additional advancements include a 180-degree level rotation integrated with a hydraulic braking system, side shifting of up to 320 mm left and right, and a 360-degree rotation capability at the front wheel station. The remote control is fitted with an on/off switch for the LED system, enhancing visibility and safety during operation.

| The MC Tyre Handler features a telescopic extension of approximately 380 mm in both forward and backward directions, enabling fast and precise removal and control of the tyre and rim from the truck's studs. It offers a 180° level rotation, side shifting of up to 320 mm in either direction, and a full 360° rotation of the front wheel station. Equipped with front rotation motors, the system delivers an impressive torque output of 17,000 newton meters. |
